Warranty & Revisions Policy

JMT Dynamic, LLC | JMT Dynamic 3D Solutions


Effective Date: February 5, 2026 At JMT Dynamic, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our custom 3D printing services, CAD design work, and physical 3D-printed products. Due to the custom-made and handmade nature of most of our offerings, our policies are limited and clearly defined below.

Limited 30-Day Warranty for Physical Products


We provide a limited 30-day warranty on pre-made / stock physical 3D printed products (non-custom items) against breakage or failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. “Normal use” means typical handling consistent with the product’s intended purpose.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • ANY CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER 3D PRINTED ITEMS (these are produced to your exact specifications and are sold AS-IS).

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, improper assembly, exposure to extreme temperatures/chemicals/UV (unless using UV-resistant material like ASA), normal wear and tear, or issues caused by your design files (e.g., thin walls, poor tolerances, unsupported overhangs).

  • Shipping damage (report immediately to the carrier).

If a covered defect occurs within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@jmtdynamic.com with your order number, photos/videos, and description of the issue. We will review and, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair or reprint the item (if feasible), or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping costs).

You are responsible for return shipping unless we determine the defect was our fault (in which case we cover return shipping). Claims after 30 days are not eligible.

CUSTOM ITEMS AND SERVICES - SOLD “AS-IS”
ALL CUSTOM 3D PRINTING JOBS AND CAD/DESIGN SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS-IS” WITH NO WARRANTY, express or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for print failures, fit issues, or performance problems resulting from your model design, material choice, tolerances, or end-use application.

Limitation of Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. We reserve the right to deny claims if misuse or third-party damage is evident.

Revisions Policy
We include one (1) free revision per qualifying order to help ensure you’re happy with the final result.

What’s Included

  • Custom 3D printing orders: One free revision to print settings, orientation, supports, infill percentage, or minor model adjustments (e.g., scaling, slight wall thickness changes) if the initial result does not meet expectations due to our production process (not due to issues in your provided files).

  • CAD design services: One free revision round to the 3D model based on your feedback (e.g., minor feature adjustments, printability optimizations).

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving your proof/print preview (for printing) or final design file (for CAD).

Limitations

  • Revisions do not include major redesigns, new features, complete model overhauls, or changes required due to errors/omissions in your original specifications or files.

  • If a revision requires significant additional time or materials, we may quote an extra fee (billed at our standard design rate of $30/hour).

  • Additional revisions beyond the included one are subject to our standard rates.

  • We are not responsible for print failures caused by inherent design limitations in your model (e.g., insufficient supports, thin features prone to breaking)-these may require paid revisions or redesign.

How to Request a Revision
Email support@jmtdynamic.com with your order number, specific feedback, photos (if applicable), and desired changes. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
